Olive oil face massage, olive oil hair massage

Olive oil is luscious in salad dressings, and its super good for you, but it’s also been a natural beauty product for thousands of years. Use it with sugar for a luxurious face scrub!

YOU’LL NEED:
2 tablespoons olive oil
A teaspoon of sugar

Cleanse your face and wet it with warm water. Massage the olive oil into your skin, then gently rub the sugar over the oil. Wipe off gently with a warm, damp facecloth until all the sugar is gone.

Top tip: Is your hair dried-out from all that fun in the sun and the pool? Next time when you wash it, massage olive oil into your damp hair after shampooing and rinse. You can also try rubbing a little olive oil into your palms and using it on dry hair to smooth the frizzles.
